Write to us through the form
Everything starts with the enquiry form at the foot of this page. Replies come by email, either as a handful of questions or as a written plan with door-to-door times. Below: the details worth adding, sample messages, and what follows.

How to reach us
There is one way in: the enquiry form, repeated at the foot of each page and arriving in one inbox whichever copy you use. Its first block asks for five things only, the kind of trip, your name, an email address, the month and the size of the party. A second, optional block takes the details that shape a delta day: where you start, a ship or flight time, and notes.
Answers go to the email address you typed. If nothing seems to arrive, look in the junk or promotions folder before sending again, since a first message from an unknown sender is often filtered. This site does not list a telephone line or a walk-in office.
Details that speed up the reply
A day trip depends on a few fixed points. If you send them, we can skip the questions and reply with a plan:
- The date, and whether it can move. Weekdays are easier on the roads; the tide on a given day may favour one date over the next.
- Where you start and finish: the hotel name, or the airport and flight times, or the ship, the berth and the all-aboard time.
- Any deadline: a flight, a meeting, a dinner booking. We plan backwards from it.
- The party: number of adults, children's ages, and whether anyone struggles with steps or small boats.
- Luggage: whether you are checking out that day. It decides between the speedboat and the car.
- Food: allergies and dietary needs, because lunch is set in advance.
Missing most of this? Write anyway. A rough month and a head count give us enough to ask the right questions.
First messages that get a plan straight away
- "Two of us, staying near the Opera House, free on 14 January. We would like the speedboat, back by five for a dinner. One of us gets seasick on rough water."
- "Family of five, children 9 and 12, grandmother 78. One day in March, private car please, Ben Tre or Cai Be, whichever has easier boats."
- "Cruise ship, two of us, in port 08:00 to 17:30, all-aboard 17:00. We do not know the berth yet. Is a delta day possible?"
- "Business trip, free Saturday and Sunday morning, flying out of Saigon at 21:00 on Sunday. Can we do Can Tho and the market?"
After you write
- Your message is checked against the tide table, the likely road conditions and, for Can Tho, hotel space on that date.
- Loose ends come back to you as a short email of questions.
- Then comes the written plan: door-to-door times, vehicle class, boat type, the sampan, lunch, and one price for the party.
- Edit anything; a revised plan comes back with a fresh total, not a patched one.
- A written yes from you closes it, and at that point we collect passport details for the boat operator or port.
The how to book page covers confirmation, payment and weather, and the pricing page explains how a quote is built.
Paying, and your data
Card numbers never belong in an email, ours included. The written quote carries the single payment route we use for your trip. The form's data handling is described in the privacy policy.
A request to pay into any account missing from your written quote is not from us. Hold the payment and raise it through the form.
Common questions
Questions travellers ask most
Can we speak to someone by phone?
The site lists no phone line. Write through the form; the reply comes by email to the address you enter.
Can we ask a question before we decide?
Yes. Questions about timing, tides, the berth or which side of the river suits you are exactly what the form is for.
We are on a cruise and do not know the berth yet. Should we wait?
No. Send what you know now. We will explain how the berth changes the plan and finish it once your cruise line confirms.
Can we book for someone else?
Yes. Give us the travellers' details and the email of the person who should receive the plan.

Tell us the day you have in mind
A date, how many are travelling and where you start, a hotel, an airport or a ship, are enough to begin. We reply by email with questions or a written plan with door-to-door times.
